He’s 25 years old, (la version française suit!)
and we were expecting this weekend much for months!
Yep!
Since the end of July, Rach (Rory’s girlfriend) and Pete, the drummer for Cutting Class are planning a secret birthday for our beloved Nothing To Prove Records‘ boss in Leeds, UK.
They asked us if we could come over for a weekend, and they really couldn’t take a « no » for an answer…

Well.
Our last show with our best dudes in OTDH and Cutting Class was ages ago!
Decisions were easy to make.

You haven’t heard about this before, simply because it was a surprise!

We’re in England for two days then!

At first, we booked cheap Ryanair flights to Manchester but they were cancelled a month later. The route between Brussels-Charleroi and Manchester was closing for winter. Ryanair sucks.
We finally took a boat and drive for 9 hours to be here.

Il a 25 ans! On l’attendait maintenant depuis quelques mois ce weekend à Leeds!
Depuis la fin juillet, Rachel (la copine de Rory) et Pete (le batteur de Cutting Class) préparaient activement ce weekend d’anniversaire secret pour Rory, le boss de notre label en UK, Nothing To Prove Records.
Ils nous ont demandé si on pouvait venir… Et je pense qu’ils n’auraient pas accepté un « non » comme réponse, d’autant que ça fait vraiment longtemps qu’on a plus vu tous nos potes de OTDH et de Cutting Class. Une décision somme toutes facile à prendre!

Vous n’avez jamais entendu parler de ça avant, simplement parce que c’était une surprise!

Nous sommes donc en Angleterre pour deux jours!

Au départ, on avait réservé des tickets d’avion via Ryanair et Bruxelles-Charleroi, mais ils ont été annulés un mois après, parce qu’apparament, la ligne ferme pour l’hiver. Bref, Ryanair, ça sent le chou.
On a donc prit la bonne vieille malle via Calais:
9 heures de route et nous voici à Leeds!
